As a former teacher and nanny I possess empathy, patience and understanding for every client’s individual situation and strive to make the process as stress free as possible. I feel blessed to call Woodinville home for the last 12 years, it has been the most wonderful place to raise our 3 children. My husband adds a special value to my business as a contractor and offers unique perspective when he accompanies me on home tours with buyers and when preparing homes for the market with sellers. For Sellers: When listing your home I have a detailed marketing plan specific to you and your property. I will help you edit your home and discuss staging to get it ready for market. I'll take care of professional photography and create custom flyers which will show your home in its best light. I can help with scheduling and hiring contractors, cleaning services and moving services. I will do research to create a Comparative Market Analysis that helps you price your home accurately. I will host multiple Open Houses, promote the listing to my office and advertise it on social media. All Windermere listings are featured on Realtor.com, the most trusted real estate website in the country. It will also appear on Trulia, Zillow, Redfin and many more.

For Buyers: When searching for the perfect home I provide you with current market conditions and listen carefully to learn about you and what your wants and needs are. Then I can focus on properties that fit you. Once we find "the one", I provide information for you to assess the value and condition of the home and property. I want you to really know the home you’re buying while getting the best deal possible. Working with me will allow you to compete effectively for the house you have your heart set on. I will be a valuable source for referrals for mortgage lenders, inspectors, and escrow companies– all of whom are key to your successful purchase. I have a team of professionals who assist me with your transaction. Our Woodinville Windermere owner and designated broker is an attorney and is available to help with challenging situations.
